Our Sales Order Processing and BOM module empowers the quote to hold and maintain all necessary detail for conversion into a sales order. This means that there is no requirement to re-key orders - eliminating errors and saving time.
In its simplest form this may be a list of appropriately grouped part numbers or sub-assemblies, but we are also able maintain complete Bill of Materials (BOM's) for your products and sub-assemblies within Blueprint. This means we can dynamically build new BOM's and feed these into your ERP system to greatly reduce the adminstrative overhead of maintaining hundreds, thousands or millions of combinations.
Impressively the module has the capability to create Intelligent Part Numbers (IPN's). These can be used to create new products or identify existing product combinations. Combined with BOM's it is a very powerful tool that will reduce the cost of managing huge number of products and parts.
In addition IPN's can be allocated incremental numbering to enable unique referencing of existing or new products within a true manufacture / assemble to order environment.
Implementation of our SOP automation will also pave the way for the introduction of eCommerce through Channel Partners and direct to end user customers.
