Core Blueprint Suite & Components

The suite comprises five core components:

	Product Configuration Module Our product configurator enables users to quickly, easily and accurately select the options or features that they require on a particular product or service. Intelligent Part Numbers can be generated automatically to further eliminate errors. Built around a powerful product configurator it enables complex products to be quickly configured, managed and converted to orders.
	Rules and Calculation Module A powerful addition to our product configurator the rules and calculation engine enables rules to be added that will guide and warn users of potential problems and highlight selling opportunities. Complex calculations can be performed to remove errors and increase accuracy. These in turn can be used to drive additional product selections, preventing un-saleable product combinations and maximizing the sales order value
	CAD Drawing Module The Blueprint drawing engine enables CAD drawings and graphics to be automatically produced from the quote – without the need to use or understand drawing software. Drawings can be sent as PDF documents or DXF files. Furthermore, the CAD Drawing Engine can be used to compile various manuals into pre-configured formats and “stitched” together into one PDF manual for bespoke or tailored manuals.
	Document & Proposals Module This drives the automated production of professional, tailored PDF or MS Word documents. Details are laid out neatly so that there is no ambiguity regarding the specification, product or service that has been ordered. Document templates are stored in MS Word for flexibility and ease of maintenance and templates can be managed easily in an Electronic Template Library allowing easy reuse of content.
	Bill of Materials Module Our BOM engine pulls together constituent parts to create complete BOM's and sub-assemblies as they are built in the configuration engine. These are stored so they can be fed directly into ERP and Sales Order Processing systems. Intelligent Part Numbers can be built with subsequent bills beneath greatly reducing BOM and Part Number maintenance with your ERP system.
